We all love a freebie, and what could be better than an extra gift on your birthday! Plenty of brands do them, and usually all you have to do to be eligible is be a member of a newsletter or loyalty programme - and of course, share your birthday with them!

Lidl
Lidl Plus members are sent a voucher to their Lidl Plus App on their birthday, which is currently rumoured to be for a free sweet treat from their bakery. There's plenty more savings to be had throughout the year too - find out more on the Lidl Plus page of their site.

Barburrito
Members of the Barburrito rewards app who have added their date of birth get a voucher for a whole free Burrito, which is a fairly great present! Simply present the voucher at the till in store to redeem. See the site for full info.

Members of Wagamama's Soul Club get sent a voucher on the first day of the birthday month (which is rumoured to be free gyoza, as well as a number of other perks.
Health and Beauty
Boots
Advantage Card Members can get double points on all purchases throughout their birthday month via the Boots app. The voucher needs to be activated in the app, and you also need to have marketing permissions turned on to allow Boots to email you the notification. See the Boots site for more details.

Health and Beautycard members will be eligible for Birthday Treats - these are not advertised, and could be money off products, extra points, and exclusive offers. You can find out more on the Superdrug site.
The Body Shop
Members of the Love Your Body Club receive a £5 vouchers during their birthday month which can be spent instore or online. To be eligible, you must be opted into emails and have made a purchase in the last 12 months. See the site for more details.

ASOS
Members of ASOS.WORLD are sent a discount code a couple of weeks before their birthday, which they usually have a couple of weeks to redeem, ideal if you're planning a new outfit for the day or have had your eye on something to buy with birthday money. ASOS.WORLD is free to join, and members get 20-25% off depending on their tier, which changes depending on how much you've spent - even if this figure is 0, the lowest tier gets 20%!
Levi's
Levi's Red Tab members who have added their date of birth to their account can get a birthday surprise each year! The surprise is rumoured to be vouchers, which if you are a Levi's fan is worth having! Sign up with Levi's to find out!

Build-A-Bear
As well as hosting birthday parties, Build-A-Bear also has the great Pay Your Age offer, where the age the child is turning is how much you'll pay, or the Birthday Treat Bear, which is usually £14. You must be a member of the Bonus Club and have added your date of birth as well as the child's, and the child must also be present when the bear is redeemed.
