You will be required to successfully pass an authentication process before you are granted access to Our services.
Unfortunately, not every applicant for the Credit Reporting Services will be accepted as a user. There is no obligation on Us to notify You as to why You have not been accepted. However, possible reasons for this include:
The credit report will be provided to You online. This will be updated when You log into Your account.
An overview of Your credit rating will be available to You online. Your credit rating is an assessment of your credit worthiness based primarily upon your history of borrowing and repayment.
Your most recent credit score will be available to You online and is updated when You log into Your account. Your credit score is an indicator of how good Your credit history is, and what the likelihood of obtaining credit is.
As communicated at the time of Your application, to access the Credit Reporting Service a subscription fee will be payable by Direct Debit to MediaBlanket Ltd. The description of this charge may vary on Your bank statement depending on Your Bank.

If a Free Trial Period is not specified at the time of sign-up, no Free Trial Period is being offered. The subscription fee specfied in the site footer will then be payable at the frequency specified in the site footer. A pre-authorisation charge for the amount of £1.00, or the amount equal to Your recurring subscription price may also be charged to Your card.
Once You have received the on-screen message that Your application has been successful, Your contract for the Credit Reporting Service commences. (6) MEMBERSHIP FEES AND CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY
By signing up, and agreeing to be a Member of Our services, You are providing Us with a Continuous Payment Authority (“CPA”), to allow Us to collect repayments automatically from Your bank account using the debit or credit card that You provided for this purpose.
The Membership Fee as specified in the site footer is payable in advance and will be automatically charged at the end of any applicable Free Trial Period, or on renewal by use of CPA. At the end of any applicable Free Trial Period or immediately upon sign-up, as specified by the site footer, Your card will be charged as per the subscription details in the site footer, and Your card will be charged at the frequency specified in the site footer until cancelled. You can cancel Your membership and stop the billing by contacting Us via the methods outlined above. You will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of Your current month’s membership fee.
In the event that Your payment of billing source is unable to process the membership fee or is no longer in good standing as a result of insufficient available credit of funds, at Our discretion, We may divide the total membership fee into incremental charges in order to process the total membership fee, and keep You membership enabled.
Should the attempt for the charge of the agreed upon Membership Fee at the end of any applicable Free Trial Period, immediately upon sign-up or renewal be unsuccessful, at Our discretion We may make attempts to contact You by phone, email and / or text message to find out why You have been unable to meet the obligations of Your Membership Fee. The absence of such contact does not relieve the Member of the obligation to pay the Membership Fee.
In the instance that We are unable to determine a method for You to pay Your membership fees, We shall be permitted to use CPA to make up to five (5) further attempts for the full membership fee. For the avoidance of doubt, in the effort to enable You to fulfil Your agreement to pay the membership fee for the services rendered, We will use commercially reasonable efforts to use the schedule below:
During this time, Your access to the Service may be suspended pending receipt of the Membership Fee.
Until payment has been received in full, an alternative payment plan has been agreed or the limit of 5 further attempts has been reached (at which point Membership is terminated) the attempts as set out above will continue.
